Surprised that the effect is this small, but I do wonder:
(a) About the tail, e.g. for what I am familiar with (Australia), only about 1/3 of the more major ISP ASNs are in the list (3 of ~9). So how much is being missed due to the classification threshold?
(b) natpmp can’t help customers behind CGNAT, this seems to be increasingly common (again, maybe geographically biased understanding)
